- Work with the Chamber of Commerce to ascertain the needs of small business and how te City can assist - Support the City Project and thei efforts to revitalize the Core City

Partner with School System and Local Businesses to improve the quality of education in High Point
- Identify businesses to partner with schools to assist with educational needs in the community
- Spotlight major achievements in our school system by Faculty and students
- Provide City support by employees to adopt schools in High Point - Continue to promote economic development in High Point and the Region promoting job creation and retention

Establish three Commissions to promote the livabiliy and vitality of High Poin
- Mayor's Commission on Youth and Families - Commission to engage families, businesses, non-profits and
others in issue affecting families in High Point
- Mayor's Millennial Commission - Commission to actively engage individuals ages 15 through 35 in our visioning
process and empower them to effect change in High Point
- Mayor's Commission on Arts and Culture - Commission to ensure that the City is culturally, artisticlly and
recreationally vibrant - Continue support of infrastructure improvements and delivery of services to the citizens of High Point
- Continue to enforce code requirements regarding neighborhood blight and boarded up housing
